Membership of the Guild is open to all interested in music in worship. Subscriptions at 2011 rates are £7.50 for an individual and £15.00 for a Corporate member. Corporate members (churches, colleges etc.) receive three copies of Guild Review.

Annual meetings of the Guild are usually held in October and take the form of a day of celebration with other activities of interest to people connected with music in worship. The venue changes from year to year.

In 2011 Celebration Day was held on 1st October at Portsmouth Road United Reformed Church, Guildford on 1st October. A full report of the day's proceedings will be published in the next issue of Making a Joyful Noise.

The 2012 Celebration Day is planned for Saturday 6th October (date subject to confirmation) in the North-West.
